Terms of Service

1. About the service

ZZEND is an AI service for practicing difficult chat conversations, decoding what the other person really means, and getting reply suggestions. You sign up with your email address to use it.

2. About AI-generated results

• All AI results — the person analysis, "what they really mean," reply suggestions, and everything else — are for reference only. Decisions and actions in your real relationships are your own responsibility.
• Interpretations based on astrology or MBTI are for fun and reference. They are not scientific fact.

3. Credits and payments

• Features cost credits, which you can top up in the app.
• Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment and can be used right away (digital content — nothing is shipped).
• The free credits granted at sign-up are given once per account.
• Paid credits are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds (cancellation): if it has been no more than 7 days since payment and none of the credits from that purchase have been used, we cancel the purchase and refund the full amount with no fee.
• After 7 days, or once any of the credits have been used, the purchase is non-refundable — except when the fault is ours (payment errors, duplicate charges, a serious service defect, or service shutdown), in which case we refund regardless of timing.
• Credits granted for free — sign-up bonuses, events, top-up bonuses — are not refundable.
• Request refunds via Contact us in the app or by email. We process requests within 3 business days.

4. Your responsibilities

• Do not upload other people's personal information without permission or otherwise infringe on others' rights.
• Farming free credits or invite rewards with multiple accounts or devices is prohibited. Violations may lead to credit revocation and account restrictions.

5. Privacy

How we collect, use, and access personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By signing up, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to the service

Service details (features, credit prices, and so on) may change with prior notice. If the service shuts down, we will give 30 days' notice and refund unused paid credits.
