ZZEND ("the service") takes your personal data seriously and complies with applicable privacy laws. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
Account info: your email address and password (the password is stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text)
Content you upload: information about the other person (name or nickname, MBTI, birth date, notes) and your practice conversations. The chats you paste for "what they mean" and reply suggestions are not kept: we read them, produce the result, and drop the text.
Usage records: credit usage, payment history (payments are handled by our payment provider; card numbers are never stored on the service), and support inquiries
Collected automatically: a cookie identifying your device, and a one-way
hash of your IP address (2026-08-09). We do not store the address itself — only a
salted hash that cannot be turned back into it. We use that hash for two things, and
nothing else: making sure the free trial is given once per person, and keeping the
service safe — spotting duplicate accounts, payment fraud, and automated abuse
(2026-08-21). It is deleted after 90 days.
Your browser's time zone and language (2026-08-21), so we know roughly which
country you are in. This is what your browser reports — we do not look up your location
and we do not store your IP address to work it out.
※ Original screenshot images you upload are used only for analysis and are not stored on our servers — unless you choose to send one to us with a report, in which case it is deleted 24 hours later.
Neither is the conversation text, theirs or your own draft. What we keep from a session is the
result we showed you and a few short observations ("replies get shorter late at night") that let the
next suggestion still fit the person. Those observations are visible to you and you can delete them.
2. Why we collect it
To provide the core features: person analysis, practice conversations, "what they mean," and reply suggestions
To manage credits, process payments, and grant friend-invite rewards
To answer inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve service quality
3. Operator access to your content
Our operator screens cannot open what you upload. The conversations you paste, the text we read out of your screenshots, your practice chats, and the notes you write about someone are not returned to any staff view.
The exceptions are yours to create. When you submit a Reconnection Strategy on a specific record, that record — and any chat file you choose to attach — is opened so it can be analysed in depth and checked for quality before the report reaches you. The same applies to anything you send us yourself: a report or a support inquiry, along with the context you choose to attach. And when an answer misses, that one conversation — the full text you pasted and the original screenshots you uploaded — the answer we got wrong, and anything you write to correct it are sent to us so we can fix the quality, and deleted 24 hours later. This happens when you tap "Was this answer off?", and also the moment you tap "No, let me fix it" or "Not quite? Correct it" — telling us we got it wrong is what sends it.
In every case it is one record, chosen by you, in that moment. Nothing else in your account opens with it.
The operator can still see records that contain no conversation content: how much you uploaded, when, which feature you used, credit and payment history, and support tickets. These are used only for service operation, abuse prevention, and support, and are never shared or used for another purpose.
4. Third parties and processors
Anthropic (US): conversations you upload are sent to Anthropic's API for AI analysis and reply generation. Anthropic does not use data sent to its API to train its models.
Payment provider: payment processing
Meta and Google (US) — advertising measurement: if you arrive by clicking one of our ads, we load that platform's measurement tag so we can tell whether the ad led to a sign-up. Anyone who did not arrive from an ad gets no such tag at all. In Europe we ask first, and load neither one unless you accept; if you decline, both stay off. Nothing you paste or write is ever sent to them — the tag sees only that a page was opened and, if it happens, that an account was created.
Beyond these, we do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Practice conversations are automatically deleted from our servers when the practice ends (when you start a new practice, or 24 hours after the last message). After that, only the practice history (person, situation, date) and scores remain.
What you upload for live coaching (chat exports, screenshots, pasted messages, your own drafts) is not written to our database at all. It is used to produce your result and dropped in the same request. Screenshots are never stored as images — only the text read from them, and that text is dropped too. The one exception is a report you send us yourself (see below): that one set of screenshots is kept as images for 24 hours so we can see what went wrong, then deleted. What remains is the AI result and short observations ("replies late at night", "avoids money talk").
When you delete a person, practice record, or live record in the app, it is deleted immediately.
You can delete your account (withdraw) in the app. Your account and related records are deleted without delay.
Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records) are retained for the legally mandated period and then destroyed.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal data at any time, via Contact us in the app or the email below.
7. Contact
Privacy questions: Contact us in the app, or email support@zzend.app
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post a notice in the service 7 days before it takes effect.
