Privacy Policy

ZZEND ("the service") takes your personal data seriously and complies with applicable privacy laws. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
- Account info — your email address and password (the password is stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text)
- Content you upload — information about the other person (name or nickname, MBTI, birth date, notes), chat conversations (text and screenshots), practice conversations, and what you enter into "what they mean" and reply suggestions
- Usage records — credit usage, payment history (payments are handled by our payment provider; card numbers are never stored on the service), and support inquiries
- Collected automatically — a cookie identifying your device
※ Original screenshot images you upload are used only for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Text you enter or that is extracted from them, and analysis results, are stored.
2. Why we collect it
- To provide the core features — person analysis, practice conversations, "what they mean," and reply suggestions
- To manage credits, process payments, and grant friend-invite rewards
- To answer inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve service quality
3. Operator access to usage records
The operator may access conversations you upload and your usage records, only to the minimum extent needed for service operation, quality improvement, abuse prevention, and support. What is accessed is never used for other purposes or shared with anyone.
4. Third parties and processors
- Anthropic (US) — conversations you upload are sent to Anthropic's API for AI analysis and reply generation. Anthropic does not use data sent to its API to train its models.
- Payment provider — payment processing
Beyond these, we do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
- Practice conversations are automatically deleted from our servers when the practice ends (when you start a new practice, or 24 hours after the last message). After that, only the practice history (person, situation, date) and scores remain.
- When you delete a person, practice record, or live record in the app, it is deleted immediately.
- You can delete your account (withdraw) in the app. Your account and related records are deleted without delay.
- Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records) are retained for the legally mandated period and then destroyed.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal data at any time — via Contact us in the app or the email below.
