ZZEND is a texting coach app made by Montana CO.,Ltd. This page explains how to delete your ZZEND account — in the Android app (app.zzend), in the iPhone app, or on the web at zzend.app — and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
This is the fastest way, and it works the same in both apps and on the web.
Open ZZEND.
Tap My in the bottom bar.
Tap My account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice. The second prompt is the last one.
It happens straight away — there is no waiting period, no queue, and no way for us to bring it back.
Ask for a refund first if you want one. Deleting your account deletes any credits left on it, paid or free, and a deleted account cannot be refunded afterwards. Our Refund Policy explains what qualifies.
Ask us to delete it instead
If you can't open the app — you lost the phone, uninstalled it, or can't sign in — email support@zzend.app with "Delete my account" as the subject.
So we can find the right account and be sure it is yours, tell us:
The email address on the account. Sending your message from that same address is the quickest proof it is yours.
If you signed in with Google, say so.
Roughly when you started using ZZEND, and whether you ever paid. If you paid, the date and amount help.
We reply within 3 business days and delete the account as soon as we can confirm it is yours. We may ask you for one more detail to check that. We will never ask you for your password.
Please don't send us conversations or screenshots to identify yourself — we don't need them, and we don't want to hold them.
If your account has no email on it
In the Android and iPhone apps an account is created on the phone itself, so you can start without signing up. An account like that has no email address attached unless you added one (My → Import existing account · link email). If you never added one, we have no way to match an email from the outside to that account, so the Delete account button in the app is the only reliable path. Write to us anyway if you no longer have the phone and we will tell you what we can do.
What gets deleted
All of it goes at once, in the same request:
Your sign-in. Email address, the salted hash of your password, your display name, and every signed-in session.
The people you saved. Their profiles, the traits and observations we built up, the facts you confirmed or corrected, and their interest scores.
Every result we produced for you. Decodes, reply drafts, pre-send checks, deep analyses and reports.
Practice chats and the ratings you left on them.
Your own writing samples — the lines we kept so replies would sound like you.
Reconnection Strategy submissions and everything you attached to them.
Quality reports you sent us — the conversation, the screenshots you attached, the answer we got wrong, and the correction you wrote. Deleting your account is what removes these; we otherwise keep them with no time limit.
Support messages you sent us, your survey answers, and our replies.
Credits — everything left on the account, free or paid.
Ad and analytics records tied to you — which channel brought you to us, and any purchase signal we had not yet sent on.
In the Android and iPhone apps: the key that ties that phone to the account. Reinstalling the app afterwards starts you fresh instead of putting you back into a deleted account.
Your email address is removed from our payment records (see below).
Most of what you give ZZEND was never stored in the first place. The conversations you paste for a decode or a reply, and the screenshots you upload, are read, answered, and dropped in the same request — we keep the result and a few short observations, not the messages. There is nothing there for deletion to reach.
What we keep, and why
Three things survive deletion. None of them contains a conversation, a message, a screenshot, or anything either of you wrote.
Payment records. The amount, the date, and what was bought. Tax and accounting law requires us to hold these, and we keep them for the period the law sets. Your email address is stripped from them. One exception: if you paid for credits and never claimed them, your email stays on that one row, because it is the only key we have left to deliver what you paid for.
A one-line record that you left. Your email address, when you joined, which channel you came from, which plan you were on, how many profiles and records you had, how many credits were left, and how much you had paid in total. Nothing you wrote. We keep it for two reasons: so the free sign-up credits are not handed out to the same person again, and so we can see how many people leave.
Abuse-prevention marks. A one-way hash of the IP addresses you used, marked as having used up the free trial — the hash cannot be turned back into an address, and it is deleted after 90 days. Alongside it: the invite record that stops one invitation being rewarded twice, and — in the Android and iPhone apps — a marker that this phone already received its one sign-up credit. That marker is the app's own random id and a hashed IP. It is not your name and not your email.
Because of (2) and (3), signing up again with the same email does not get the free starter credits a second time, and reinstalling the app does not either. That is deliberate. Everything else about the new account starts empty.
If you want these last traces removed as well, email support@zzend.app and say so. We will remove whatever the law does not require us to keep.
Deleting some things without deleting your account
You do not have to delete the whole account to get rid of something.
A person — open their profile and tap Delete this person. Their analysis and every practice and live record with them go too.
A practice chat — open the chat, tap ⋯, then Delete this chat.
One saved result — open it from the My tab and tap Delete this record.
All practice history — My tab → Delete all practice history.
Your writing samples — My tab → Delete these notes.
A single observation — tap the × next to it on the result card.
Each of these is deleted immediately.
How long it takes
In the app: immediately. The deletion runs in the same request as your confirmation.
By email: we reply within 3 business days and delete the account as soon as we have confirmed it is yours.
Who to contact
Email support@zzend.app, or use Contact us in the app (My tab). Either one reaches the same people.
